It is proved by experiments that the surface activity of PTFE which needs to be bonded is obviously enhanced after plasma bombardment, and the bonding between PTFE and metal is firm and reliable, which can meet the requirements of technology, while the other side keeps the original performance, and its application is more and more widely recognized.
